Come enjoy a yoga class for children! We will learn yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques as we move, stretch, balance, and breathe through stories and song.
Parents are welcome to stay (tea and other treats available).
The class will be taught by co-op member Jana Gunby, M.Ed., RYT, is a Holistic Wellness Coach, yoga instructor, children's mindfulness teacher, mama of two boys, wife, and early childhood educator. She has combined her years of classroom teaching experience with her belief in the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to bring engaging, developmentally appropriate classes to children in the Philadelphia area.
